Deposit cryptocurrencies into your Shrimpy Advisory account at any time! The newly detected cryptocurrencies will be automatically redistributed into the baskets based on the current strategy allocations.
Before depositing cryptocurrencies into your account, you may want to link a withdrawal address and wait until the address is validated by our custodian, Gemini. This is a requirement of Gemini, and the validation will take 7 days.
It is worth noting that Gemini is the custody provider for Shrimpy Advisory. This means that all deposits are sent to Gemini. However, there is nothing you must do to facilitate the transfer of cryptocurrencies to Gemini, this is automatic.
Shrimpy Advisory provides the following options for deposits:

How to Deposit Cryptocurrencies
To initiate a deposit, log in to your account and select Deposit.
After entering your 2FA code, choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.
Scan the QR code or copy the manual code for your deposit address. Paste this address into the withdrawal address field on the exchange or wallet account from which you're withdrawing the funds.
After confirming to withdraw from the exchange or wallet, the cryptocurrency will be sent to your Shrimpy Advisory account. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the cryptocurrency to appear in your account.
Once the cryptocurrency is detected, the account will enter a “Trades Are Processing” state. During this time, no changes can be made to the account. Only the newly added cryptocurrency will be redistributed into the baskets, based on the set allocations.
